To operate the KSU must be equipped with the SMCP1 card installed in the dedicated MEM slot. The SMCP1 pro-

vides the following:

 

•       Switching function, 32 bit Motorola® MPC855T processor, 50 MHz

•       32 MB SDRAM for Operating System

•       1 MB SRAM (battery backed up) for Customer Database

•       16 MB Flash Memory for System Software and Customer Database Backups.
