The SVMi-16E voicemail system is completely integrated with the Samsung iDCS 500 and OfficeServ 500 telephone systems. In fact, when installed it is actually a part of the telephone system. This integration provides features that make the SVMi much easier to use than other voice mail systems. It supports email integration for unified messaging so you can receive all your voice mail and fax messages in your email inbox. It offers 8 ports*, up to 10,000 mail boxes, 18 hours of message storage, and a full auto attendant.

Are you concerned about reliability? This version of the SVMi-16E uses the latest flash memory technology and therefore has no moving parts.

Are you concerned about storage space? The SVMi-16E is also available with a hard drive that offers 144 hours of storage.
